Why can't I chat when in your site Why can't I do a search where I need to Site is not working and has not worked for a long time. HELP!!!

You may have chosen to turn Chat off and Agreed with the statement: "Yes. Turn Chat off permanently." To turn chat on, login, choose Account, choose Account Settings - turn LiveChat on. Our site is working perfectly - serving 110,000 visitors a day.
