I have not received a confirmation email for my order? After reading review comments about NastGal I'm concerned. Please advise.

Go on to. Their customer services and there is a Q and A box, write to them and see.
I also received a reply within a couple of days and the sent me one of the items that was missing and resent me one of the items that was damaged ( tiny hole) and didn't even ask me to send the damaged one back! Be careful sizes are smaller than ours. Good luck but I received good service...

Report it to your bank and have the payment returned to you. If you use PayPal get in contact with them report the incident they will investigate it and return your money to you my advice to you and anyone out there just don't do business with these people because even if you do get the item in the mailand even if you do get it in the mail the quality will be crap and you'll be disappointed anyway I sincerely wish you good luck
