It says 30 day return on their. Packaging. I just purchased an iPhone 6s Plus from them and the battery is less than 76% so now I have to replace a battery from between $49-$69 so I didn't get such a bargain. I sent a text and several emails the only thing I was offered is return for refund. It's really a shame because the phone looks good cosmetically so now I have to spend additional money on a phone I just received. I have spoken to several other resellers who have told me that they do not sell phones in the resale market with less than 80% battery life charge left on them which is the industry standard. Obviously the 65 point inspection that is advertised on their platform and selling sites does not include checking the life of the battery. This is my second phone I purchased from this company and it will be my last.
