how come almost every review is negative and customers are having a really hard time to get refund or merchandise that works.

Thank you so much for contacting us. We do sell a lot of devices on many market places and we do have a very low return rate with the devices that we sell. We also try to provide a great customer experience and excellent customer service when it comes to all questions and concerns regarding the devices. Our feedback score exceeds 90% positive across all our marketplaces. In fact, yours is the first negative review or comment that we received this year. It seems, Sitejabber is an anomaly and not a reliable depiction of our performance. As an example, people can leave comments without ever having purchased from our stores.
