You are completely correct, absolutely non of the customer service representatives know what the hell they are doing for one... The customer service representative that I contacted regarding this same issue is the one the cleared my ( VANILLA GIFT CARD) after speaking with a customer service representative I called my card balance in and it said ZERO BALANCE! So not only is the VINILLA GIFT CARD COMPANY FRAUDULENT, ( THEY SCAM PEOPLE AS WELL) the customer service representative said there was a purchase made to Amazon, THEN WHEN I CALLED AMAZON, THE FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATIVE OF AMAZON SAID A PURCHASE HAD BEEN MADE BY AN INDIVIDUAL MY THE NAME OF ( ROBERTO)? SMMFH
