They seem to be there. Finally answered my multiple messages and are apparently sending my packages. Also got a message from their CEO below. Dear Member, Let me start by thanking you for being a loyal MyUS member. In the past few months, I realize we have not provided the level of service you have come to expect from MyUS. It would be easy to make excuses, but the truth is, we were unprepared for the tremendous volume of packages we received due to the global shutdown. Our team members have risen to the occasion, but like many of you, their efforts have been limited by strict, but necessary, workplace safety regulations with increased responsibilities at home due to illness and/or homeschooling children. As a team that prides ourselves on exceeding expectations, we can only apologize. I'm also here to share some good news. We have eliminated any backlogs, and are back to our normal shipping service levels. Since I last emailed you in June, we have been hard at work upgrading every part of our Operations to expedite how you receive your packages. People: We increased our employee headcount in Operations and Customer Service by over 65%. In addition, we raised employee wages by up to 30% to attract and retain the best talent. Systems and Processes: We have made numerous improvements to our warehouse systems to maximize efficiency and streamline our processes to get your packages shipped faster. Package Storage: We have increased our storage capacity by 35% and are continuing to add more racking systems, so we can stock and pick your packages faster. Automation: We are investing heavily in automation to speed packages through our warehouse with fewer touches. We expect the first two phases of our automation plan to be in operation before this year's peak holiday season, with subsequent phases planned for early next year. We will be sure to share some exciting videos about your package's journey through our warehouse. While the ongoing global pandemic may pose additional challenges this year, I am personally committed to continuing to improve your MyUS experience and do our very best to deliver your packages in a timely manner.
