So my first month trial is free. What about my packages? do you charge based on its weight?

These guys are terrible to say the least.
I have been using other USA based solutions for shipping and it worked just fine. Then I thought to give myus.com - which I now call 'myuseless.com' a try. Gosh, it was a nightmare dealing with them. I had ordered plastic earrings from an auction site. The items arrived at myus.com on the 14th of Dec 2016, I heard nothing from them for at least 5 days. Then finally they wanted to know how much I had bought them, I told them very cheap about 10 cents a piece. Those are the typical prices I pay on liquidation sites. They didn't believe it. They requested an invoice, which I sent from Paypal, actually they rejected my first proof of payment which was an email from paypal so I went and printed a paypal invoice. I had asked them if they were the FBI, I think this upset them so much and they decided to now totally frustrate me and ensure my parcel is discarded. They had a worker called Angela do the mean evil for them and she's very willing. They told me my earrings contained animal and fish products! Seriously, plastic earrings lol. And after reading their very long email the only solution was to discard them. They wouldn't even return them to the sender. I tried calling them, they didn't pick up the phone, I tried chatting on their website, they don't pick up chats. This was all trying to show that they had the power to do whatever they wanted to me and I am too powerless to do anything about it. Well, most likely the items will get discarded or they will just steal them. I will obviously order again the same items and ship through a different agent who does it all the time and be rest assured that there are no animal products in them. They didn't even bother to explain who this professional who determined my items were made of animal products was. These guys are useless. If you haven't tried them out don't. There are other good services out there. These are mean people hiding behind a brand, they don't care about service or you. They are in for the money only. If you need any proofs of my correspondence with them. I am willing to provide it to whoever wants it just drop me a line. I will even provide the link of the auction I had bought.
