Hi myt, regarding to in11130673, obviously one pair of shoes 'tory burch breacher wedged p00034669 was far too big for me. i contacted your customer services to ask for help but they always said 'no' and only mentioned that due to dhl direction then myt cannot send item to difference country. today i went to dhl singapore to check with them whether i could change delivery address or not, and the answer from dhl was 'yes'! and they said they don't have to follow the original address/account! they also wondered why myt gave me totally wrong answer! what was a bull$#*! from your customer services! so today morning (singapore time) i already sent back the item i want to exchange (ran: 322018) the size to you and i hope you will change the size and send back to me as soon as possible. actually you should show your sincerely responsibility by give me compensation for this kind of unprofessional services by absorbing the shipping cost! btw, i also attached the dhl shipment paper, so please send the new item with correct size back to my singapore address! hope you will improve your website correctly and particularly you should train your customer services staff to have right knowledge because they still are unprofessional and lack of knowledge! i am looking forward to have my shoes back with the right size. if you would like to find out the original email which i chat with your customer services staff, i think it won't be to hard for you to ask from your costumer services staffs! i was very disappoint with your services! siriwat feangvad
