Some one hacked mypoints account and used all my points for two gift cards. i have been trying to find a number, email or contact us form online

Answer:

Not that it will make you feel any better, but I cannot get any help either. Totally useless but here: To submit a ticket regarding an activity, go through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger, https://www.mypoints.com/account-ledger.

Why is it so hard to get someone to help me?

Answer:

Why can't they at least respond with a real person on an email at least. Its automated. With no help just sends you to a website that charges for trying to fix the issue. I have lost all trust in this company and not spending another dime with them. I'm going to call the BBB and report them if that works. They took 65,458 points from me without notice and that's about 400.00 plus dollars i was entitled to. I was a loyal customer for years and they took it all away. Don't use them, they can not be trusted. I have read many others blogs reporting the same issue. It's sad but figures. My big lost for the New Year. Already,.

I just ordered something from overstock.com through the mypoints portal and it said i should get 2 points for every dollar i spent but no points have shown up on my account...?

My points credits you account when the company that you purchased from confirms how much you spent.

I can no longer qualify for any points. it doesn't matter what i do. i have rebooted. mary feay - member for a long time. mrfeay@gmail.com

Answer:

I was locked out of account only to find all my 65,458 points gone. No one to help except you get sent to a website that charges 5.00 on credit card to talk with a human, that probably can't help either. Do't use them because they aren't trust worthy. Believe me I'm an good example. No trust in this company at all. Learn from my experience.

Question:

I cannot log into my acct for the past 2 days. is the system down?

Answer:

I have been in my account every day for the past 19 days, so the site isn't down. Don't know at what point you are at trying to access the site, but if you can get far enough to log in, enter your email address then click on the forgot my password and see if you can't get an email back. Or just try sending an email. I don't know the email address off the top of my head, but I'm sure I can find it if you want me to.
