How do i get a full refund? i have been charged, but i never signed up for the service, did not go to any web sites for resumes ( why would i. i already have a great job), never authorized any charges, never gave my banking information to myperfectresume, never had any contact with myperfectresume at any time. these transactions are completely unauthorized and illegal.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14 day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. Now if you are stating that you did not create any account with us or use the service then that will only mean that somebody create an account with you credit card credentials and we could assist you with that if you give us a call to our toll free number which is 1-888-816-0576 representatives are available Monday to Friday 9am-9pm EST; Saturday 9am to 6pm EST; Sunday 11am -7pm EST.
