You have to sign up for a free trial in order to save the resume, and then after the trial you are billed (what I was billed) $24.95.

Hello, i am in the midst of creating a resume on line and have 2 questions: 1) is this service free? in other words will i be able to print my resume free of charge when i am finished? and 2) how do i save my progress so far so that i can return to it later. thanks for your help.

1) No, it is not and canceling is very difficult. 2) It should be saved automatically at the end of each step. It should also ask if you want to save before exiting the page.
