I'm trying to unsubscribe my service. i'm pretty unhappy that i wasn't reminded my package would be ending, and that i have to pay so much for forgetting to unsubscribe. in fact, i can't event find the unsubscribe option on the website. :(

Hi Julie, Yes, you will have access to the document but only to the read only copy, you will not have access to download your resume after the 14 days trial. Remember that after 14 days your account will auto-renew to a monthly membership.
