Dear Namenot R, Thank you for your question here on SiteJabber. There is a 14 day free trial for our Data subscription. To be eligible for this you would need to have come across our SuperSearch as a non registered MyHeritage user and when you click on the result for the record you have searched you will then be offered the 14 day free trial. With regards to the family site subscriptions I would advise that you take a look at the following link I have provided for you from our Help center. (you may need to copy paste the link) -- http://helpcenter.myheritage.com/Account-and-Subscriptions/Subscriptions/ For family site subscriptions there is no free trial period. With regards to our refund policy please note the following from our terms and conditions that relates to our subscriptions. Subscription Terms and Payments MyHeritage offers payment-based subscription plans in addition to the basic free site plan, which include: Premium family site plan, PremiumPlus family site plan and Data plan. All subscriptions are automatically renewing to ensure an uninterrupted service. This means that once you become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your billing choice will be charged based on the subscription duration unless you opt out or cancel by following the instructions in this Agreement. All physical goods and deliverable items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Opting Out of Renewal You may opt out of renewing your subscription by calling MyHeritage at +1-877-432-3135, or by logging into your My purchases page. If you do not let us know that you want to discontinue your subscription at least one day prior to the end of the current subscription period, the payment for the renewal period of the subscription will be made. Free Trial Free trial subscriptions will be billed only at the end of the free trial period. You may cancel a free trial at any time during the free trial period from the My purchases page and incur no charge. Refund Policy MyHeritage values the satisfaction of its customers and offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchased plan you may request a full refund by contacting Customer Support within 30 days of the initial purchase date of the subscription. The money back guarantee applies to Premium and PremiumPlus family site subscriptions and Data subscriptions, but not to shipped products such as family tree posters. All refunds will be reimbursed to the original credit card with which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account. Prices Subject to Change Except in the case of monthly subscriptions, whenever your subscription is renewed, MyHeritage will inform you by email of the amount you were charged, the next subscription renewal date and the price which you will be charged on the next renewal. Subscription prices may be changed by MyHeritage at any time. In case of a change, the new prices will not affect the next renewal of your subscription, but only subsequent renewals, and you will be informed of this by email one year in advance. Users who do not wish to continue with their subscription due to a pricing change may opt out of renewal as described in this Agreement. Trusting this has proven useful to you. If i have ancester.com do i need myheritage?

Beware: Tested at 4. As in Four different companies. 3 out of 4 were almost identical and enhanced my 15 years of research for my extensive family tree. I grew up in a family where pretty much everyone on one side of the family spoke 'French' looked French, cooked French. I created my tree using family stories, history, baptismal, marriage, census records, I also relied on other family dna matches, Ancestry's thrulines matches and in person family travel research. 3 DNA companies say I am very French. Myheritage.com shows zero French as in ZERO. Worst yet my husbands results were very incorrect also. He tested at the same 4 companies. Same thing 3 out of the 4 matched except Myheritage who had him with African ethnicity. Mind you he is testing 99% Northern, Eastern and Western Europe at 3 different companies that show zero anything in Africa. Worst yet several of his close family members have tested and not one of them show any African ethnicity. All I can say is this experience left us wondering just how many people out there believe their ethnicity is something it is definitely not? Best of Luck

I bought a free trial, on 8 feb, them, the site says 14 days free trial well 8 days + 14 days = day 22. so on day 22, i was charged in my cc, and the site, dont have more a option to cancelation of free trial. so i need my money back, i didnot autorize the debit. or this site is not serious? its a scam site? i submited severals tickets on day 22, and today is 1 mar e none answers. i need my money back.

They've done the same to me. Additionally they do not honor they 30 day money back guarantee!

You can easely remove your trees from MyHeritage. Click on the v after your name in the right top of your MyHeritage page; Choose in the roldown menu (edit) account; Click on remove account: Confirm After this your tree and account are removed from the internet

Hi, i couldn't upload all my files: it stopped around 40%. i was wondering if it's a matter of size, since many of them are videos. thank you.

Sandra's advice is the way to go believe though that you'll need to upgrade from free membership to the premium level to get extra "space" but be aware that that the package really only offers space and NOT the research options indicated
