What is the time limit within which a chargeback must be done

Answer:

If a number of ongoing transactions with the same merchant have been made and the business relationship is ongoing with no expiration date, then up to 120 days after you have notified the merchant that you are cancelling the service. If only a single transaction has been made then it is up to 120 days after the date of the transaction.

We cannot discuss any client's case online, but there are several instances in which the regulator can intervene on behalf of a consumer. We suggest that you call back our team and ask how this would relate to your case.

No, because all our charges are specified in our contract that is signed before we begin to work on a case.

Answer:

Clients are asked to sign a contract with us if we agree to take their case. You will be bound to the terms of the contract, but so are we. And what we are bound to do is to provide you with 100% of our effort. The work that we do before a chargeback request is decided by your bank is covered by a client's initial retainer and, therefore, cannot be refunded.
