Dear Candice, We want to inform, that if you are going to monitor an Android-based phone you will need to install mSpy on that device. That means physical access is required. If you are going to monitor an iPhone/iPad you need to know the target phone's iCloud username and password (the iCloud backup should be enabled on that device). You can not track the phone over the phone number or IMEI number. It's technically impossible
