There is an email from ModLily you can use but do not expect service from them, and the refund not in the least even using PayPal. I got none.

Answer:

Tha multitude of bad reviews because they misrepresent their products!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT company! I ordered a shirt that was advertised as 95% cotton. It was a LIE. The cheap shirt is 95% polyester. The fabric is likened to parachute material imo. Paytpal has stepped in to get my money back because this company also has a bad reputation for trying to keep all or some of your refund money.

That is because Modlily doesnt want to give you your money back! Modlily does everything to KEEP your money and rip you off!

Answer:

Argue with CC or paypal for warranty of merchantability as their own size chart is a failure vs. merchandise and so is the hems. I won after a month of BS from the company. Otherwise for a refund they want you to pay to mail to China! Insanity.
