I placed an order and have not heard any response. need i get worried ? need to cancel my order, so would like information on how i may do that ... thanks

Answer:

I can't answer your question, but I am in a similar situation. Live Chat is not available, I've emailed and submitted tickets - all of which have been kicked back to me, and I called several times today, but I keep getting a voice message saying that there's no one available to take my call. The phone number comes up as being in Los Angeles. I'm also on the West Coast. So there's no time zone issue. The only thing I can think to do is dispute the charge with my credit card company once it's been posted.

I placed an order on 12/24 and it still shows processing. what is the status of my order?

Answer:

Don't plan on seeing an answer. They will not give you one. Once you receive your merchandise you will most likely be disappointed anyway. Chalk it up to experience and don't reorder.

How do i contact this company?

Answer:

There is a customer service phone number that will only give you a message that says that they are not available. There is an online live chat option on the website that you can submit a ticket for. It promises a 24 hour response but don't count on it. The only response that I received after multiple tickets including double charges and discounts that were not given (30$ sign up fee, 20% Facebook fee) was that my order was shipped. I also paid the expidited shipping fee. We learn!

Answer:

Yes it is true. Modlily is a scam, it's a shame Facebook allows them to advertise on their site. I only lost $25.00 to them. I ordered 2 months ago and have never received anything from them, but bogus tracking info.

When I had to return a jumpsuit. I went to the post office and sent it back to them with a tracking number.
