I can't answer your question, but I am in a similar situation. Live Chat is not available, I've emailed and submitted tickets - all of which have been kicked back to me, and I called several times today, but I keep getting a voice message saying that there's no one available to take my call. The phone number comes up as being in Los Angeles. I'm also on the West Coast. So there's no time zone issue. The only thing I can think to do is dispute the charge with my credit card company once it's been posted.
There is a customer service phone number that will only give you a message that says that they are not available. There is an online live chat option on the website that you can submit a ticket for. It promises a 24 hour response but don't count on it. The only response that I received after multiple tickets including double charges and discounts that were not given (30$ sign up fee, 20% Facebook fee) was that my order was shipped. I also paid the expidited shipping fee. We learn!
