Hello. I have not placed an order yet. What is the trouble with shipping? Going on vacation in early March and am shopping for swimsuits.
thinking of ordering a dress, but leery of the bad comments in regards to shipping and returns any suggestion that would sway me to ordering a dress

Used to be great. Horrible now. Never true to size. Cheaply made from China.

Great quality. I always read what fabric an item is so that I know what I'm getting. Been a modcloth customer for five years. Only once have I gotten a dress of poor quality. A black and white polka sorted dress labeled machine wash bled during washing.
