Hello, i am one of your customers, and i have a concern, i have not received 2 of the most recently purchased items. specifically: hand held portable air conditioning fan, and also a 4 shelf stacked wire metal shoe rack. i even received an email from you stating that the shoe rack "had been delivered" but it has not. however i did receive a box of 3 "2 in 2 mosquito killer light bulbs" that i did not order. there was no packing slip in the box and the return address is only partially visible, so i can't really tell where it came from. i am very unhappy with the lack of ability to reach a living person to discuss this, please respond asap. or i will no longer feel confident ordering any more mobstub deals. the tracking number is 61299990048420044437.
