Yes, i have been trying to find a contact for your customers services dept because i wanted to lodge a complaint. i ordered a cover for a kindle from you for my daughter's birthday from you. her birthday was in august and i ordered the cover on 10 august. when i ordered it, the site said it would take between 10 and 20 days to deliver. the case arrived on 31 september with no explanation for the long delay.
