I have not received my order and it was sent out on oct 19. so where is it and where is a phone number so i can call customer service

Please kindly note that our company doesn't operate a call center now, we're sorry that we're unable to provide you a number to call. Normally for customers already placed the order, they can contact us by Tickets on our website cause we need to keep all communication records in our system to ensure the service quality, so we don't use email as well.

Does anyone actually get there item. . mine supposedly left beijing airport september 19th. i have not been able to track it since. . i paid for tracking, and the delivery date was not as promised when i paid. . if it doesn't arrive by the date i have been given, i will be contacting paypal to lodge a complaint and demand a refund!!!
