The most appalling customer service ever.

The replies I received back about a faulty item were dry, unenthusiastic, uncooperative, rude and lazy. I was polite and explained how sorry I was for having to email about the item. He/She didn't seem to know how to handle the criticism on the product and took absolutely no responsibility.

I will not be buying from here again - I cannot fathom anything worse than knowing my hard earned money is going to someone who can't even use punctuation or capital letters.

I would NOT recommend buying from here unless you want to be told to "$#*! off."

I am amazed at the amount of trouble that these people go to in providing excellent customer service. Australia Post lost our parcel and Anthony not only tracked it down but also repacked and reset the order with additional items requested with no trouble at all. Thankyou for you prompt response. It was very easy to contact you via your email.
We are very much looking forward to shopping with you again.

I bought a Kriegsmarine officers uniform from Militarism.net but it was too small,,I contacted them and Maureen who I dealt with was more than helpful getting me a bigger size sent out quickly... Highly recommended A*****

Hi, I ordered 15 ss ring boxes and received 15 ss ring boxes with the worst ss runes that screen reproduction.im trying to get my money back but no response... im out 150gbp and stuck with the worst ring boxes ever.the ss ring box on their site looks original... totally false advertising

I also returned 5 ww2 partisan badges because they were not as described and I'm owed 312gbp. Anthony/militaria net has had all of the stock for 1 week now with no refund in sight.so it's starting to look like he has ripped me off 312 GBP. Lets see how honest militaria net is. I ordered a nazi party flag, a ss flag and a armband. It came very quickly and it as a very good quality. Anthony is a very nice guy. I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend the store. Keep going with the very good job

Should be zero stars. My order never arrived. Contacted seller who then asked me for my address and then blanked me. I think the website is fake.

I ordered decals for my m40 helmet and a desk flag amazing quality also got a free gift I wasn't expecting I will be using military.net from now on great prices and fast delivery I recommend a 100%

Militaria Net has always exceeded expectations with their customer service and quality of products. In particular, I have always found that Anthony listens to his customers and dies his best to find top quality products while other vendors churn out the same cheap Chinese copies. The SonderKlasse range of medals he offers is a good example. For years re-enactors have been left with poor quality offerings as many European producers left the market. Anthony seeing this gap in the market has sought out new suppliers and is now the only one offering these quality products at reasonable prices. Furthermore, he will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer needs are met and is proactive in contacting customers when there is a problem. He is also great at offering solutions to his customers. Militaria Net is by far one of the best re-enactment retail sites in Europe.

Items ordered were slow in arriving. Items sent included a wrong item. Replacement of wrong item supplied was even slower in being replaced. The owner is a Mr "A. Hole" I kid you not. I will not use militaria- ever again.

Purchased 3 German caps in Nov of 2022 and was happy with 2 but one was faulty/used. Sweat marks, the label clearly cut out, rust and rust stains as well. Not what you'd expect unless listed as such and it was not. Emailed politely explaining I was dissapointed as this was the main hat I wanted, and asked if i could send it back for an exchange (site showed more in stock). The seller agreed but told me that this was the last one and ask I cover the return postage upfront and he would add it to the refund once returned. Reluctantly I agreed, though I don't think it's fair that a customer should ever be expect to cover the cost of returning faulty goods upfront. I sent the hat back and hadn't received a refund for nearly 2 weeks after posting, at which point I emailed and received a refund, i can only assume the seller had forgotten about this.

After this I noticed the website showed these were out of stock.

May 2023, I saw the same hats were in stock again and presumed this ment they had new stock in, as it was showing multiple available in the size I had ordered previously.

I placed an order for 2 but never received a email confirming this. A few days later I emailed politely asking if it had gone through as i hadn't received confirmation. I said I had checked my spam and was unsure if i had accidentally put the wrong email in when placing the order (i hadn't). I received a very blunt passive aggressive reply saying "I did email, please advise", followed but an equally blunt explaintion that only one hat was available in the size I needed. So I confirmed I'd still like the one available and asked the other be refunded.

A few days later I received the order and was dissapointed to find that the item I received was the same faulty one I'd had issues with the previous year.

I emailed again explaining my dissapoinment, that I hadn't expected to receive faulty used stock again, and that I though he had new stock available as shown on his website. On top of this I hadn't received the refund for the cancelled item (must have forgotten about it... again).

The reply I received was disgusting, and was the beginning of a week's long awful back an forth with the seller. I won't go into all the details (pictures below if interested) as it would take to long.

But to summarise the seller took no responsibility for the faulty goods, blamed me as the buyer for being dissapointed with them after arriving not as advertised. He was rude throughout and swore multiple times and was just generally difficult to deal with. He refused to provide me with a returns label or even the address to sent it back to at one point, and again was insisting I pay to return it. But after his responses I was doubtful he'd refund the item let alone the return postage.

After one last message refusing to provide a returns later he told me to "...$#*! off, I'm blocking you".

At this point I'd given up trying to resolve the issue with the seller and disputed the charge with the bank instead. Not long after this I received an email telling me they're countering the claim and threatening me to send the item back or "...i will press legal charges against you".

After a few other emails I accepted my loss of the postage money and just sent the hat back to shut him up and be done with it, as the bank had at this point refunded me the money.

I also had a brief phone call with his wife shortly after who was much more polite and did apologise on behalf of her husband, but still really didn't seem to grasp where I was coming from as a the customer in this situation and how upset I was with the response and the whole hassel it had been. But to be honest this phone call did seem more like an attempt to get to me to cancel the charge back rather than resolve the argument as as soon as they found out it had already cleared with the bank they were no longer interested in speaking, so shows how much they really care and what they really think about their customer satisfaction.

Just got my order for the German officers jackboots. They look really good, happy that they are knee high too. Would have liked to see more pictures on the site of the boots. They deviated a little bit from the images but altogether look really good. Wish there was also the option to have slip resistant soles

I've been looking foe a Kriegsmarine parade belt and buckle for a little while. Ordered from militaria net after I had been scammed by another company and lost my money. Militaria net fulfilled my order in good time, the price was extremely competitive and the quality was good for the price. I'll will use Militaria again. Thank you.

I ordered a ww2 battle flag and was nervous due to mixed reviews but when it finally arrived it was in a good condition and good quality.

Maybe you answer here. Are you honouring the placed orders or you just take money from us. It was quicker if I was ordering from China. Or are you just a scam?

Supple leather, not like dry Indian cardboard & it's not coated with what seems like a plastic finish, that I've had with Chinese products.

I have been purchasing from this site for quite some time now, and have been a recurring customer since early 2022, i can say their products are very high quality and worth purchasing, I have had no trouble at all with this website until recently, where my order did not arrive and was returned to the sender with no explanation from their customer service team, all they did was send me a link to their blog about how they will no longer send parcels to my country, without reason, despite this experience, I've been buying from militaria-net for quite some time without issue and the products are very high quality, as of writing I'm still waiting on a refund so this review may be revised in future. Wonderful products.

I am not yet sure whether it is a scam site, or if A. Hole is just a terrible businessman who doesn't reply to his customers! Although I paid for registered mail, A. Hole refuses to answer my emails and give me the tracking number. Either way, I WON'T buy from this terrible "online shop" again.
