I'm still waiting for a,coat I ordered. I have forgotten my password and when I follow the directions to get a new one, nothing comes to my email. Now, after reading the comments from some very disgruntled customers, I,would like to,cancel my order. Can you please respond with a way to get at my records so I can cancel the,order?
