Is MIC Support a scam or a legit company?

It is a scam company. As per Microsoft Head office, Washington.

They identified a non-existent problem to justify selling a very costly product. Very polite but pure SCAM!

NO! Total scam. No affiliation with Microsoft. Preying on people without knowledge of PC's
