Hello, I need assistance in getting a refund. I received an item 2 days ago and it is counterfeit. I can't get ahold of the seller or anyone here

You HAVE to rate(accept) purchase b4 seller is paid. I don't understand how you are looking for refund. You simply don't accept purchase. At that time the form automatically appears for you to explain issue.

That doesn't surprise me. Go to the page that says Receipt in the upper right corner and click. Scroll to the bottom where you will see "contact us" click on it. Click on SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES [only because they dont offer your problem. Just go ahead and click on ", My item is lost or damaged in transit. " That Is a straight method to get to the area in which there is a space at the bottom called "CONTACT US" I'm sorry to say this, but dont expect much if it has been 3 days since you received the item. They have a strict policy that you must notify them of problems within those 3 days. I have had a ton of trouble with Team Mercari as both a Buyer and Seller.
