Why didn't a supervisor investigate my situation when i cancelled my purchase? i had a terrible experience with this company and i think i deserve a follow up phone call to ask why i cancelled my purchase. i came away with the conclusion that the staff is incompetent.

I recently switched to mdg and i was told i wont be charged with an early termination fee from pepco/constellation since i do not consume that much energy. i just got a letter telling that i will charge $150. can you help me with this?

I order a laptop 7/23, based on my credit I had to make 6 payments of 21.89 (down payment) before they would ship the item. My final payment was friday October 4th and Thursday I received a call from mdg that I had to re verify my bank information. Once that process is done, they'll let me know of shipping and handling which they say will take 3 to 5 business days. So hopefully sometime next week I'll finally receive my laptop.
