Hi there,
It's important to have regular income in your account to proceed with us ( bi-weekly or monthly). If so, yes, you could be approved.
I'm in Canada. If you are in Canada as well then I would say the answer to your question is yes. I am on Ministry Disability and I just financed my first item from MDG, a laptop. Your disability would be better than Ministry so I would think you would have no problem. Good luck to you, I hope you are as happy dealing with them as I am.
