Happened only a few times in the last six years (under four times)! Extremely rare (and a lot of work for us to manage as we have to call each bidder, and issue refunds manually one by one)... doesn't help the seller either as they are stuck with the goods and need to figure out a way to clear them out.
They seller figured out they were being scammed and backed out. It probably cost the seller a minimum fee of $1500, but they were still right in doing so. I wish I had.
