How to I obtain messages sent to me? I click on messages received but nothing comes up? Even my daughter tried several times. Any answers out there?

It's hard to. You have to know their exact username. It won't help most of the time because a lot of them are fake profiles though.

I agree with Michael g. Not a genuine person to be found.

I wouldnt bother. Almost all of them are fake.
