on 10/7/16The only way I can think of getting a refund from them is through your credit card company by telling they they scammed you. If you have a good cc company ask for a refund but get a new card # or they will charge you again later on.
They will not - read all the reviews of the refusals - I spent 4 hours on the phone - they just hang up or put you on hold and say no won't put you through to management.
