I have placed an order - I do not want to pay for it before I see anything. I am uncomfortable with that. I have never dealt with you as a company and you don't have good online reviews so I am skeptical - please advise how to move forward - I do want the costume.

More questions about MascotCosplayI just ordered from them.. did you guys recieve your costumes? If not were you able to dispute and get a refund?? is this a reputable company Placed an order 9/26. No mascot yet and no responses. But yet they took my money....Anyone have this problem?
