This is a scam website. I would attempt to file a claim with your credit card provider or PayPal to get your money back. You will not be able to ever meet a real person on this website. The guys that were messaging you when you had not paid yet were not real people but paid actors trying to entice you to pay. Try a established dating/hookup site like adam4adam.com or Manhunt.com etc.
