Jeffrey's answer is absolutely correct. I just wanted to add that the "free lifetime membership" is totally worthless because you can not contact any other member in any way, and they can't contact you. Even calling it a membership is a lie. It's nothing, and nothing is always free. Also, those "online emissaries" are not even real people. There must be hundreds of fake profiles created and manipulated by the manplay staff to make you think you're being pursued by a bunch of hot studs who live in your city. It's all spelled out in the Terms of Service and when you sign up, you agree to participate in that "program". You're allowed the option to opt out, but if you request to, they just delete your profile.
This is a scam website. I would attempt to file a claim with your credit card provider or PayPal to get your money back. You will not be able to ever meet a real person on this website. The guys that were messaging you when you had not paid yet were not real people but paid actors trying to entice you to pay. Try a established dating/hookup site like adam4adam.com or Manhunt.com etc. Thanks, Jeffery
