When i call it goes invariably in voice mail. and when i mail there's no reply. its been longwhat do i understand from this?+. the experience is bitter; not sure whether you have any intentions to deliver the mangoes? to add to my apprehensions now the site too is not responding.

Answer:

My experience was very pleasant. I called 4 times- phone was picked up right was picked up right away the first time. I left a message twice and got a callback after 2 days- I was told that leaving a message is the best option and they reply to messages when they have any update to report. No problems with the website though, although I think they can simplify it.
