The worst place to order mangoes. I ordered a large box and paid $130! And it all came totally Rotten and black on the inside. I took many pictures and sent them to the support team. They first responded with some bs about how it's 'spongy tissue' when it's clearly just black on the inside!) and then offered to refund me for half the box, then they disappeared and never refunded anything despite nudging them twice! In short never buy from them I tried many other cheaper and better quality mangoes that I found through a simple google search.

I was so excited to buy from mangozz and failed to read reviews on this site. Whatever is written here is 100% true. They overcharge and all the mangoes are Spoilt. They don't bother to reply to emails sent about the Spoilt ones. Their email specifically talks about sending photos of spoiled ones. They had no courtesy to even get back. Do yourself a favour DONT BUY from them.

Shipment had two rotten mangoes. No response from customer service. You're nuts if you buy from this company! I wish I checked the reviews first.

Just dont buy it as simple as that. I placed two orders, they did not send for a month or so and then finally sent. You can't just eat them, totally rotten.

The last box of Payari mangoes that I got was completely rotten, all mangoes were bad on arrival. I sent pictures of all the rotten mangoes and requested refund multiple times through email as well as sending separate email to Jaidev - operations manager, but Jaidev never cared to reply. The mangoes itself took more than 40 days to be delivered. While alphonsos that I previously ordered were ok (6 were good and 6 were rotten), the company doesn't follow the refund policy they have mentioned.

I paid $100 for what was advertised as the best batch of alphonso mangoes. We have cut 6 and had to throw away 3 of them already. My emails to the seller have not been answered. I wish they operated with some sort adherence to basic ethics.

I have ordered several times from this website/business so that I can review the product and service.
Product: Most mangoes cost $90 plus $30 shipping making them $120 estimated. What the description says is that each delivery is 6-8 lbs or 6-12 mangoes.
Then there is this fine print (*The size and count specified is the most likely number based on our experience. Please note that the size of the fruit can vary widely during a season. Count depends upon how many fruits can be safely packed in the box without causing spoilage.
**The weight range specified is a guideline and gives the range when the fruit is being packed. There can be a large variation in the weight of the fruit depending upon many factors such as the rate of ripening, the nature of the fruit etc. Please note that mango can lose weight daily at the rate of 2 to 5 percent.)

What is actually delivered is only 6 mangoes and the weight is not 6-8 lbs but more like 3-4 lbs. So each mango cost $20 that is less than half a pound in weight. I spoke to the owner running the business and he gave me the fine print to read.

Therefore I am forced to write this review since a resolution to the issue has not taken place.

I did not receive the shipment yet of my Alphonso mangoes. There is no number to call nor anything to track the order.

Ordered mangoes on the website. Never came. They are useless company. Never even responded to the delay. Hopeless customer service. If you want to waste money then go ahead.

I placed an order online for one box of mangoes. They arrived 10 later with picture attached. It cost me $70 dollars for one box and non of the mangoes were eatable.

I loved that I could get indian mangoes in USA but the shipping cost is way too high and so is the mango cost. I understand they have restrictions etc but the size of mangoes were varied. Some were way too small (owing to the fact i paid $9 a mango). I probably would buy again when i crave mango but will not subscribe to their boxes etc.

BOUGHT 6 BOXES... 10 TO 11 MANGOES IN EACH BOX. MORE THAN 80 % SPOILED MANGOES REST 20% HAD SOME ISSUES BUT WAS OK... $65 PER BOX... WASTE OF MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND

The mangoes arrived dented and not in a good shape. I cut the first two and one was spoilt and the second was falling apart. The taste of what remained was okay. Will not buy from these folks again.

Zz mangoes is a scam. I haven't received my order and it's been 6 months. They keep promising and promising. Buyer Beware!

Multiple orders of rotten mangoes and customer service that does not give a $#*!. They have ignored my emails in the past. Let's see what happens this time.

Got a dozen Alphonso mangoes for over $10 each. Everyone of them looks good from the outside but rotten from the inside. Don't buy mangoes from them.

In May, I placed an order for 2 boxes. Delivery was scheduled for June 1 but order was delayed due to the pandemic. In mid-June, i requested a refund. His initial reply below.

"We have received your email. You will receive a formal acknowledgement in a few days. We will take care of this.

Jaidev."

Later, the seller delivered the mangoes June-end - 1 box containing 5 mangoes. Most looked rotten. See seller's reply below.

"Thanks for the photos. Please note that this is the super jumbo Alphonso from alternate regions. Since the size is bigger the count is lesser. We always also say 3-4 lbs when packed. Your box will still meet
The weight criteria- we could only safely pack this much fruit
In a box. Regarding spoilage the fruit looks to be in good shape with superficial external sap marks. It will ripen normally - spoilt fruit will rot out by now.

Alphonsos are exclusively grown in Maharashtra, India. There's no alternate region. He didn't mention anything about the 2nd box. Prior to delivery/aforesaid seller's reply, I filed a case w/ Chase - merchandise not delivered.

I did pay $49.99 for 3-4 lbs and got 2lbs. Paid $19.99 for shipping and got delivered on 5-6 days. Mangoes overripe and and some turned to be kadva in taste. So I got 5 mangos for $70 and not good at all. Called them but didn't even say sorry. NEVER buy from them

Ordered Alphonso but they updated to chausa so intead of 12 mango or 8 lbs i got 7 mango that is around 4.4 lbs and i paid $109. Not worth it i got the same amount frkm local vendor for $37

They have charged me for the order but couldn't deliver the product. So I asked for a refund. It's been 3 months and no reply. I've been cheated of Rs 4000/-.
Do not order from them. They are cheaters.

I ordered 24 Mangoes from these Jack Asses, Half of my order came with rotten Mangoes, Send this man an email with the pictures only to be ignored, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CON ARTIST!

The mangoes are super bad and came in rotten. You get better mangoes in off season in india. The seller should reconsider their ethics

I spent nearly 150usd to buy Alphonso mangoes. Before buying i called them and they it would be good. But i am 100% sure they sent me different mangoes. Sent them couple of emails but no response. Dont buy from them, its not worth it at all
