Nope, they are frauds. I will be contacting the magazine(s) directly to let them know how magazine.com is ruining their subscription base.

It's impossible to talk to a real person. I have called morning and afternoon, sat on hold and was finally told they weren't working today please leave a message. No one has ever returned my call.
