Placed an order in the beginning of September that was suppose to be a Christmas gift... of course they did not arrive in time. Customer service is ZERO help while they give you the run around of upto 12 weeks for delivery even though it has been way over 12 weeks--ZERO follow through with their supplier to find out where this subscription is or when it will be delivered, if ever. You are better off to order direct from supplier (who will stand behind their service) for just a couple dollars more- this price is WELL worth not having the poor service and aggravation from magazine.com. I will never again.
