I found out this morning their Iowa address is bogus and according to my last email from this company my product is stuck in customs due to COVID-19 so that means it's coming from China! No phone# to reach them just Customer support email. I ordered mine April 14th and still nothing. I've reported to BBB under their real name Lushgoods and now filing claim with my bank
