Your order was placed on November 14. If you go to the website and look under the FAQ you will see it says all in stock orders take 10-20 business days to ship. Back orders can take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock. If your order is on back order then after the 6 weeks you can request a full refund. Again it is all under FAQ on the website!
