We are wanting to offer some deals through living social and we have seen deals from individuals and companies offering the same services but our enquiry has gotten nowhere. no feedback or anything. i asked customer service but it was no help. i was informed by by charlie ann that "unfortunately as we are customer service i am unable to answer..." i don't think she understands the concept of customer service. whom can i contact to get some answers?

Hello, i purchased the pontoon boats deal through living social ($139). however, i never got an email from living social with the code i should present to the pontoon boats merchant. since i purchased this at livingsocial.com but checked out as a guest, there is no way for me to get my refund online. i can't get hold of the customer service phone number. could you please help me? the promotion is over but i was never able to communicate with living social in the 7 day period.
