How do i have access to my subscription?

Answer:

Greeting Assma Z, in order for you to access your account on our service you may want to enter our portal which is LiveCareer.com. When you enter the service you want to locate the sign in option. Then the service will ask you for the email and the password that you used to create the account. When you provide that information you will be taken to your resume dashboard. On the top right of the screen there should be an option that will allow you to enter you account settings. On your account settings you will have access to some options regarding your current subscription. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance on any concerns that you may have regarding your account.

If i cancel my subscription within 14 days will u reimburse my money?

Greetings Vaishali D. If you process the cancellation of your active subscription on your 14 day trial subscription our service does not charge the members. If you receive a charge and have the evidence of the cancellation of the active subscription we can definitely look into your account and provide you with assistance. Last night i was visited live career and subscribed for 1 day 1.95$ deducted and later with out any billing my money 19.5$ got deducted and i need renew back my money in to my account unable to contact customer care kindly need a help in reverting my money back

Is the ceo, doug jackson, nice? i would like to meet with him to discuss livecareer's business practices. i work close to your 1 hallidie plaza offices. come to think of it, he probably won't meet with me. i'll just catch him for a chat outside. i know what he looks like.

Yes and when you do. Ask him about their misleading charges and aggressive fraudulent credit card charging practices. ALSO ask if he feels safe leaving his office. I doubt he does. I sure wouldn't.

I am tired of being ripped off. single mother of 2, went to the store this morning couldn't even pay for the few things i had due to you people. i have emailed many times asking nicely for you to stop taking my payments of $54 per month you have taken $250 dollars out of kids mouthes now from me alone. small claims court i guess is the right choice now and the bbb.
