In my experience, the negative reviews are the ones to read. The owner hreatened me with legal action and also the website hosting the review. Due to their terms and conditions meaning any legal costs had to be covered by the reviewer there was no alternative to remove the review and have the right to free speech and an accurate and honest experience removed from the web. The idea of review sites if for people to leave honest experiences for the benefit of others - this is all I did after a thoroughly dissapointing experience from begining to end, at no point even when contacting the owner did they seem to undeerstand how bad their service had been and how frustrating the whole experience had been. They were quick to act once the negative review appeared, shame they did not show the same speed in dealing with my problems
