No phone number for them and no email, just their web site to drive you in circles 'til your frustrated. Contact your credit card company and initiate a dispute right away to have them reverse the charge to your account and never do business with these a-holes again!
Follow up with an email to them, as they don't have a customer service number. Its best to order items as priority. Mail, and not regular mail, so you can track the order. They are a company overseas, so you definitely want to order items way in advance to counter any delays. My order was one week behind but I did not need the item for quite a while. Again, track your order and email them with your inquiries
You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company. This company is a SCAM and a joke. When trying to return all of the junk they sent to me...they first asked for photos.which I sent.they then said they require photos with the original packaging...which I had clearly thrown away all of the clear plastic cellaphane. They are a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
