Hi, well we all hope to get just what we order but so far this site has been fine for me. If you order and pay with a credit card you are more protected and even if you received something you are not happy with just go to returns section to let them know you want to send the item back and they will put the money back into your account. As the company is not in Britain it does take more time to process and deliver, but some patience is needed. Some customers say they get no reply from customer services but I did so I cannot complain. Check you go to the correct customer service form to fill in and they should reply. To get your replies I think we need to go to our 'orders' then click on the particular order item number and your up to date details should come up. If you have a reply it should be there. After they have answered you the page will say something like enquiry completed / closed. Hope you have some better luck getting what you want without any hassle. Regards Lynda

Thanks either way it turns out i just spent 90 bucks with them and just hate getting played... i got all of everything cut and pasted in a word doc as well as affiliate companies just in case as its my first time using them and too good to be true usually is but im just the guy to fall for such things... lol ughhhh... lol but thanks like i said been stressing a bit not complaining cause i dont have personal experience to go from... BUT I WILL... ;) hope this works out... got plans and stuff...: P ;)
That i the problem... YOU CAN'T. You should always check a site BEFORE you place an order and look at their return policies and customer service information. If there is none, you will be out of luck. LITB has no phone, no real email, no real physical return address. Your are out of luck with this one, and do hope you at least learned a lesson. When you deal with a foreign company, there is never any guarantee, even if they DO have customer service. Sorry, hope you did not lose too much money, and simply do not buy from them again. There is no government agency that will help you either. You lose, China wins.
Same as Cheryl B was sent the wrong size, and after waiting 6 weeks for this item i was not going to waste my time sending it back. Just have to take my loss and not shop on this site again.
Never ordered men's stuff from China, but you know the men there are just as tiny as the women usually. I would always go at least 2 sizes larger, if not more, you are going for not only height, but girth as well. If it is an expensive shirt, remember, you can always make something smaller but you can never make it larger, rather than go thru the major hassle of trying to return it. Maybe order something inexpensive for first try and see how it fits, take it from there.
If you do, will be a miracle. I have had much, much more luck on Amazon dealing with India clothing, much better quality and very pretty stuff, and some lovely summer dresses. Would steer clear of any China sites unless you are prepared to wait and wait, and then maybe have to go to battle. As an aside, Zulily has some nice things, but they take forever, they corresponded with me! When I asked where was my order, and they take about 10 business days to get order together and another up to 14 business days to receive it yourself. At least they responded, thanks for that, and were very nice about it. You have to know shipping policies BEFORE you order if you are in a rush, and the first sign you should steer clear is no phone numbers, no address, no customer service that ever replies to emails. Try emailing BEFORE you place an order and ask some questions, see if they ever answer you. If not... elsewhere it the answer. Good luck, know those cheap prices are enticing, but you get what you pay for, most stuff is pretty flimsy, whereas the India stuff made is much better quality.
Lerato, LITB should have sent you an order confirmation including an anticipated delivery date. However, if you ordered on-line, you should be able to log on to their website and track your order there too. I had good luck with receiving timely responses to questions using LITB's contact us function. You may want to give that a try too. I agree with what others have said, my experience was that it took 4 - 6 weeks to receive ordered products in the States. Have no idea how it takes for other countries. Wouldn't hurt to follow up.
