This seems part of the scam - as soon as you've answered enough surveys to claim a reward you cant login in anymore.

Log into the site and check for surveys as that some times kicks the site again and you're bound to get something in a day or so. I do that for any site I haven't heard from for a couple of days. Hope this helps
