My account was suddenly marked as Inactive. They will not respond to my Emails (I have sent 8 Emails)! I called their 800 number and you can only go further if you have an extension. If you press 0 for the operator, it tells you no one is available. How can I get them to answer me and re-activate my account? I have over 8000 points to trade in.

Its really easy to get points here thats their strategy, thats what the people want to earn cash quick right?, but after you withdraw your point convert it into cash, THEY WILL BLOCKED YOU IN THEIR COMMUNITY,. THEN YOU POINTS, REWARDS OR CASH IS GONE..

They don't have a number to call... Really? The emails are a bunch of lies & them they shut your acct down

I'm not entirely sure if you can get them to respond. Many have exhausted all means of trying to contact them and got nowhere. I've given up with them myself.

They'll take all the responses from surveys, make a nice sum of money from it, then kick out the people filling in the surveys before they have chance to cash out their share.
It seems to be a common problem with them.
