I like a few here find that for an unknown reason that my account has been found inactive. This happened before but that may have been a technical problem. But unable to find the perfect way to contact as I have tried carol@mysurvey.com but that gets kicked back as if they may no longer exist? Tried leaving messages in other ways but have yet to receive a reply. I have over 14000 in cue and am working on purchase diary as I have an email addess where I am still able to do this, but then will I be able to fully complete this survey by the end of that date?
I am hoping that I will get a reply soon from them?
