Why does the app say that everyone in our circle has "no network or phone off" even though they do and are on.

Everything seems to be working, except i'm not getting alerts. i have the settings as recommended, using the latest version on a samsung galaxy 6 that is also up to date. it used to work, but stopped alerts. i can see locations, and when i log in on computer i can see alerts, but they don't sound on my phone. what is wrong?

I have lost my phone of which i had life360 on. i had life360 and had just set up a new life360 account and invited others. going forward, when get my new phone, i suspect i simply need to load life 360 and state my account information. if this does not work, or if i can't recall the account info, do the others have to uninstall should i need to establish a new account (i just established life 360 3 days before i lost my phone and didnt track my account info details :( )
