How does one reply to a buyers question? the "reply" button takes me to the letgo wensite.

Answer:

There are 2 ways to reply from your email. Clicking REPLY takes you to the website where you have to log in to continue. Or don't click the box and simply reply on your email as you normally do. The latter is the quicker.

Why can i not review some people?

Answer:

If you downloaded the app 8 months or longer ago you can review users after a few chat interactions. If downloading the app since then you can only review users after you have marked the item sold.

Click on the user's profile. In the top right of the screen click on the 3 dots.

There are no guarantees. Meet at a public place. Look at their profile... is there a photo?, do they have items posted?, etc...

How do i leave a review for an item i purchased from a seller on letgo ?

Answer:

HUGE legto app design problem. Currently you can only review a seller after she/he has reviewed you. Another HUGE problem: A seller of an item you purchased can give you a nasty review and immediately block you preventing you from responding.

Answer:

Usually means that that person is a scammer with their account being removed.

It is perfectly legit, however scammers have access just as you do. Site is pretty good at keeping scammers out. I get about 12 times the Number of scammer inquiries on Craigslist as I get on letgo
