Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from letgo staff and previous consumers.
When browsing on your smartphone, click on the item and you will open a chat box where you can start a dialogue.
This is a design problem with the app. Currently you are only able to review users once the item is sold... UNLESS you downloaded the app in the first part of 2017 and earlier. If so, you can review a user after a few exchanges of chatting. I understand, the person wasted your time. If you really want to warn others, mark your item sold, then review the no show. So now you have the dilemma of reposting the same item for sale. To get around this, take a quick pic of the chair you are sitting in right now and change your post to that chair as being sold. You can now re post the item that the person did not show for without being flagged for duplicate items. And REMEMBER, once you give the no show their deserved review, BLOCK them so that can not "get you back" with a bad review.
Design problem with the site. Made me quite upset also as I missed out on some really good deals. No help contacting letgo as the people responding give you scripted answers. You will have to create another account or use someone's account to see if your messages are going through. Trouble shoot by logging in and out, and uninstalling and installing your app. You may need to create a whole new account to fix. It's a pain!
